The main concern Dave has within the sport is when communicating with assistant coaches on how to train the team. There are some coaches who teach differently than others, and this inconsistency can be extensively detrimental to many students’ athletic abilities. He states, “The athlete has to figure out for himself/herself what works best as an individual.
