Problems as a leader is inevitable hence my key take away is to always find the spot of leverage to turn seemingly bad circumstances to achievements.
2. Another key take away is to merge leadership and management concepts in organizational positions where responsibility for others is required. A leader must welcome the philosophies of management where as a manager must advance the companies opportunities into success through learning how to lead.
