When I said that I wanted to study in Canada, my parents worried about me so much. They did not want me to come here. However, I knew well how bad and severe Korean schooling education was, so I aspired the foreign education system. With my continuous effort to persuade them, they finally agreed to send me here. If they did not trust that I could do well in a foreign country, I would live under big pressure from Korean education system, and keep living in gloomy days due to my unsocial personality. When I was young, I had done a lot of things giving my parents a hard time. However, they really trust and love me, and have sacrificed their most of their lives for me. They also encourage and give good advices for my determination to have a successful life. I want to express my gratitude to my parents through this speech, and think that we should thank to our own parents for their sacrifice and love.
