Industrialization has resulted in the division and development of classes of people in society. Two classes of people: the creators or owners that produce business and then there are the employees, the workers that earn minimum wage. In simple terms, we have the “haves” and the “have-nots”. The workers are disadvantaged in regards to most situations; they are denied many resources that owners have available only to them. The owners use their power and manipulation to take control of many resources and institutions that belong to the society and misuse or use them only to their advantage.

For example, the government exploits it’s workers by having them work hard for low minimum wages which a portion of has to paid towards taxes, the tax money then gets used or in simpler terms laundered and exploited by government workers of higher ranking powers who then use the hard working man’s tax money to render their money laundering services such as building themselves a lavish life that only they and their families benefit from. Irrespective of the owners’ act of fraud, they continue stealing from the public whilst the law system does nothing
