So ever heard about how some people need to get in touch with their “feminine” or “masculine” side. There are other words for those.
They’re called Anima, and Animus.
And I’m going talk about the Anima
The way Jung put it was that Anima is the embodiment of feminine psychological tendencies in a man’s collective unconscious.
Or another way to put it is the female aspect of a man’s psyche and represent his true self, and the femininity of one’s soul.
This would be things such as moods, vague feelings, and the need for love.
A man can’t be completely masculine, just as a women can’t be completely feminine.

The one woman he would be most associated with in his life.
This can lead to emotional problems and abnormal development depending on the mother.
If a man’s mother is positive, loving and nurturing, the results can be of him becoming “effeminate,” preyed on by women, or have a harder time coping with the harsh realities in life.
This can also result in men having more connection with their physical sensitivity, have a stronger connection with their emotions and be more expressive with their feelings.
But if a man’s mother was harsh, unloving towards him and overall had a bad influence on him, his anima, the feminine side in his unconscious, will express itself in negative, depressed moods, and uncertainty.
But in his soul, the influence of a negative mother could cause the man to experience these anima moods of apathy, dullness, insecurity, fear.
His life would go about in an oppressive look on things, and even become depressed.
The way this negative anima can be viewed in a man’s personality would be if he outwardly express anger and irritation and effeminate remarks.
If he were to overcome these negative assaults, they could be of use to reform his
