He has been managing QA/QC departments, reinforcing food safety procedures of leading manufacturing companies, establishing gourmet shops, dealing with government bodies both in Canada and internationally .
Alexey is alumni of McGill and one of the top CIS University with a some certifications gathering a vast scientific background for facilitation of his work. His passion is exploring exciting field of food and bridging the gaps between food industry and consumers.
