Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be” (NIV). In this section of Scripture, David is describing the creative and complex design in making a life what it is and is worth. When he explains the process of being “knit” in the mothers womb, David is implying that as soon as conception takes place, the making of a new being is beginning. The Bible also states in Exodus 20:13, “You shall not murder” (NIV). Conception is the first step in the process of pregnancy, which is reproducing and having a child.
