I am an identical twin. Whether I am in school or at the supermarket, I always notice the creepy stares as well as the following: “Who’s older? Which one are you? Do you like being a twin? Am I seeing double?” How does one go about answering questions such as these? I’ve always had an identical twin, an exact copy of my genetic make-up, and people have never ceased to be amazed by this. I have trained myself to answer these questions and yes, I love being a twin. I always have a friend by my side, someone to hang around with, and someone to study with. Growing up, we dressed the same, we participated in the same things, and we rarely separated. I loved having my best friend so close to me, but as I grew and matured in high school, I wanted to develop myself, to find my own strengths, to add to my own identity. My competitive nature is strong because of my brother. Whether it is our test scores or GPA, or our identical SAT scores, or whose second shot on the sixth hole was closer to the pin, we are always competitive. This competitive drive has pushed me to always do my best. Our similarities both physically and academically has motivated me to try to stand out from my brother and work harder. When I’m feeling glum, my brother is there to pick me up and make me feel better. When I scored poorly on a test, Cody was the one who convinced me to see beyond the grade and put it into perspective. And, I always have a study partner. Whether my brother reads out of the history…

The target systems are something from the future. They work by having a projectile break three lasers then triangulating the position of the projectile at a specified distance. For this match the…

Identical twins are when one egg separates and becomes two. However because their genes are the same they will still lead same lives. As is the case with this article: Twins can be freaky, but we all understand why they're so disturbingly alike: Not only do they share the same DNA, but they also tend to grow up surrounded by the same people, playing with the same toys, and doing the same activities. They were most likely traumatized by the same cartoons and disappointed by the same birthday…

As I began to watch Switched at Birth, on mute, I was easily confused. The tv program started out with a brunette teenager taking a blood test in school, so I’m guessing it was a science assignment. She seems happy until she is looking it over at the table with her family. I didn’t realize what it was until they passed it around the table. The slip of paper showed a sample of each member of the family’s blood. There is four members of the family and three out of the four were the same. By the…
