    Reading show me so many things about him. When costumers do not follow his rules have a hard time with him. People always make comments about famous chef. I think the author’s purpose behind the essay is that Yehaneh is harsh and regulated person, because not everyone followed that principles of conduct. He says that he hates working with public because they treat him as slave. He is very confident in the job. He is very healthy concerned we get to see that when he says he washes his parsley nine times. The essay reflects on Mr. Yehaneh dominant personality.
