My failures have shaped me just as much as my successes.

X

My growth and progress have come because of my successes and failures both, not just successes.

X

Failure is just a change to learn something that I need to do better in the future. I learn and move on without the self loathing.

X

There were many factors outside of my control that affected my results, not just me.

X

Not every part of my businesses was a failure. Many parts were very successful, such as:

Social media workshop, speaking at Restaurant Association event, Influence and Brown Bag meetup, learning sales skills, sales funnel, hiring team, etc.

Questions to ask yourself upon reflection to reframe:

What went well? What did not go well?Acknowledge the external factors that contributed? What did you learned? Ask for advice from your support system or mentor (only if these are positive people) if you need to.Make a plan for how you will improve or do things differently next time. Create an action list of small actionable steps you can take from now on.Celebrate what you have learnt, no matter how small.

Perfectionism is not realistic. The antidote is self forgiveness and self compassion.

X

No
