Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

•Intermittent pain, numbness or weakness related to position


•Can cause thrombosis, SC aneu

Thrombo-Angitis Obliterans

•Inflammatory process causes thrombosis of digital arteries


•Fixed, mostly male


•AKA Buerger's

Small Vessel Vasospastic Disease

•Normal response to cold


•Soothes with warmth

Primary Raynaud's

•Pure vasospastic disorder


•No underlying cause


•Cold, chem(nic), emotion and vibration injury can trigger

Secondary Raynaud's

•Vasospasm w/ underlying cause


•Scleroderma, lupus, rheumy arthritis
