Who assumes duties if LFA becomes sick/incapacitated? |
If the LFA is absent due to illness and/or in the event of an incapacitation, the most experienced Cabin Crew Member (date of hire) shall assume this position for the duration of the flight/pairing. |

What is Captain’s Emergency Authority |
In emergency situations that require immediate decisions and actions, the Captain is authorized to take any course of action he deems necessary by the circumstances and information he has available. He may, in such situations, deviate from the procedures established by, or instructions received from, the appropriate authorities to the extent required by the consideration of safety. |

What kind of documents must be carried when operating? |
• Company ID badge • RAIC • Passport • Dangerous Goods Certificate of Training • Permanent Resident Card, if required (any Crew Member who does not have a Canadian passport) All of the above documents must be unexpired, valid and in force. Failure to report for duty without any of the above mentioned documents may result in being released from duty without pay. If a Crew Member is not in possession of any of the above mentioned documents, as applicable, the Crew Member must immediately notify Crew Scheduling. Each Crew Member will ensure that his current address and telephone number are listed with Crew Scheduling. |
