- traction downward on shoulders - come up from under back all the way to occipital ridge - laterally flex neck and knuckle it; rotate head and massage scalenes, SCM and trap. - deep finger pressure on cervical muscles and suboccipitals |

- fingers up scalp and then down it
- rotate fingers on sides, thumbs on top - pull hair - thumbs or palms stroke on forehead |

- procerus, nose, down the cheeks - massage masseter - around mouth - pray downward from the chin, then up around the face to the top of the head - vulcan grip on the sides of the head |

- cover ears and hold, cover eyes and hold
- place hands on sides of head - say "thank you for choosing me, I hope you had a wonderful time. Please relax for a few minutes while I go wash my hands. Let the massage sink in, and before yuo go to bed, drink at least one tall glass of water" |
