D of e - part of a team and had to go to meetings weekly to prepare for the exposition - things like choosing routes map work planning etc, and a member kept missing the sessions because she thought she could just save her own time and use the hard work of the team without contributing - everyone was too scared so I stepped up and had to explain to her that we didn't want her on the team if she was going to keep taking advantage of our work and not contributing |
