IDEA disability is defined as

mental retardation, hearing impairments, SLP, visual impairments, serious emotional disturbance, orthopedic impairments, autism, TBI, specific learning disabilities AND who need special ed and related services.

What if you don't qualify for special ed services under the IDEA act?
