Schizophrenia

Duration: at least 6 months


2 or more out of 5 symptoms: delusions, disorganized speech, hallucinations, negative symptoms, catatonia or other abnormal behavior.

had at least one of the basic psychotic symptoms for less than 1 month

Delusional Disorder

have delusions, but not other symptoms of schizophrenia
