Dose: 0.01mg/kg (round to 0.05mg once calculated)
Max single dose: 0.5mg
Dosing interval: minimum 5 minutes
Max number of doses: 2
M to S Allergic Reaction - Treatment (Diphenhydramine) - IV
>/= 25kg to < 50kg
Intravenous
Dose: 25mg
Max single dose: 25mg
Dosing interval: none
Max number of dose: 1
