Explain the differences between an Herbivore, Carnivore, and Omnivore.
Herbivore- Primarily eats plants. Has grinding teeth and/or dental pads.
Carnivore- Primarily eats meat. Has only sharp teeth for tearing and ripping.
Omnivore- Eats plants and meat. Has sharp teeth and grinding teeth.
What does monogastric mean?
Has a single stomach.
Name the 4 major parts of a ruminants digestive system.

Name the 5 key functions of the gastrointestinal tract.
