Where is dense regular connective tissue found? |
Ligaments and Tendons |
|
Where is dense irregular Connective tissue found and what is its structure? |
Surrounding joints, deep to the loose connective tissue behind the dermis and surrounding visceral organs and muscle. It is made of densely packed collagen proteins and fibroblasts. |
|
What is the superficial fascia? |
A layer of loose/areolar connective tissue found deep to the epithelial cells of the dermis. |
|
What is the deep fascia? |
A layer of dense irregular Connective tissue found deep to the superficial fascia which is itself deep to the epithelial cells of the dermis. |
