12 lead EKG:


-UA: chest pain with negative cardiac enzyme


-NSTEMI: positive cardiac enzyme w/o ST elevation


-STEMI: positive cardiac enzyme w/ ST elevation



Treatment of NSTEMI


MONA +GAP-BA(morphine, oxygen, nitrate, asa+GP2b/3a receptor antagonist, anticoagulant, p2y12 inhibitor(ticagrelor slighly preferred, plavix for both PCI and management, prasurgrel only for PCI), beta blocker, ACEi.

NSAIDS except asa
