How do we make a standard solution? |
1) Weigh solid using a mass balance 2 dp
2) Dissolve Solid in deionised water in a beaker
3) Transfer solution to a 250 volumetric flask
4) Rinse Beaker with deionised water and transfer the washings into the flask
5) Make up to the mark using a pipette
6) Add stopper to the flask and invert several times |
