Type Commander (TYCOM)
Are responisble for ensuring the proper installation and operation of PMS within the ships under their command.
Commanding Officer (CO)
Ensuring ship maintenance is accouplished following 3M system and quality maintenance procedure and that the 3M system funstions effectively within the commence.
Executive Officer (XO)
3M Manager and is responisble to the CO for the overall management of the ships 3M system program.
3M System Coordinator (3MC)
The functional manager of the 3M system and is responsible to the XO for the coordination and direct supervision of all administrative facets of the ships 3M system program.
Department Head (HOD)
Supervise maintenance within the department and other departmenal 3M functions. Review and approve cycle and quarterly schedules.
