Atropine sulphate

Asystole or PEA: 1mg IV, ET (2-3mg diluted to 10mL NS), repeat q 3-5 min, MAX dose 0.03-0.04 mg/kg
-no eficacy set for pediatric Bradydysrhythmias: Adult-0.5mg q 3-5 min for desired response MAX dose: 3mg Ped-0.02mg/kg IV/IO/ET diluted to 3-5 mL, max single dose:0.5mg for child and 1mg for adolescent, may repeat in 5 min for max dose of 1mg for child and 2mg for adolescent.
