Every day for Zan’ar is the same. His day starts of by waking up and waking the rest of his family, his father, mother, brother, and grandmother. After that they all head into a town or somewhere outside the gate of the town to set up shop and sell and trade that day. Then that evening they move on if business is not good enough. Zan’ar was the caravan guard. He wore a steel chestplate and and a special pair of tempered glass boots. Under this all he wore a hide suit that his grandmother made for him with his first ever kill of a bear. His weapons that he carried was a bow and multiple arrows, a steel dagger, and a glass sword. He once had a shield but during the last bandit attack against his shield broke and he built that shield himself using gold and steel ingots. All he ever wanted was to make sure that his family is safe and away from danger. He always scouted ahead when traveling around and liked to explore caves and other places while ahead and collect loot from the dungeons he would explore and sell it. This loot always went for more than regular weapons and armor. He never worries about his family because he knew that his father and his brother would keep the others safe while he was away. He always like having time alone, but family always come first and they are all they have. He has done this all of his life. His family really wanted to settle down and buy a home and live of the land. Zan’ar was hoping that one day he could get married and have his own family, but these were only dreams. When they arrived one morning near the capital they heard word that a northern country was under attack by dragons and other mystical creatures and were in need of blacksmiths and soldiers. …show more content…
Zan’ar talked many others in the city and was told that anyone who wanted to volunteer in a special group will help in fighting the dragons would get a large payout. Zan’ar thought that this was a good idea. This would help his family and this would set them up for life. After talking to his family about this they denied and said that traveling that far alone is dangerous. Zan’ar did not care and told his family that he is leaving first thing in the morning and will return with many riches and fame. The next morning he left a note telling his family where he would be and that he is doing this for them. He was on the road out of the country and travel for many days stopping in cities sleeping in the local Inns and homeless shelters. The roads he traveled were very safe and he tried to go from city to city until he was on the border and crossed over into unknown territory for him. He eventually reached the city that was on the pamphlet back in is his home capital. He saw a very large line that was heading into the guard barracks. This line was the sign up for the jobs that are ongoing with the war between the people of Tamriel
