People first is the introduction of new processes and technology for the people and by the people for the benefit of organization. Mostly organization applied changes, which some young employees adopt easily and employees of above 45 years may stuck in changes, which they cannot adopt and performance of that company goes slow down.
To get out of some situation of slow down, organization should
• Tell in advance about changes, because changes distract and disturb human beings, before being implemented.
• General Manager/ project manager should conduct workshops, training for employees which are unable to adopt changes.
• They should be given ample time to learn new things and adopt changes.

• To retain good performance and set new level of success, continuous mentoring of ladies in Yakut has started by boss.
• In India, ladies in Yakult is not that famous as parent don’t allow girls to work outside under sun. Because they think that their daughter complexion will affect.
• Lots of time is wasted in giving them training as when one completed training other lady resign and this is an ongoing process.
• Many ladies were sometimes molested when they deliver door to door products, due to which some ladies resign.
• Due to fixed working timings, ladies hesitate to work in Yakult.
• Retaining huge ladies work force is difficult task. During festive season many women did not come to work, they demand for maternal leave.
