It can also be used for associations such as the YWCA, and YMCA, or programs such as the “Get Out and Play” program, or Kids360 which are programs used for helping children to become healthy. As far as the YMCA, they engage 9 million youth and 13 million adults each year in the U.S. through four core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. The YMCA and YWCA are accessible to all people, it offers solutions to financial situations for individuals and families who cannot afford membership. They encourages youth, adults, families and communities to be healthy, confident, connected and secure. Y’s across the U.S. play a role in strengthening the leadership and youth programs of the Y around the world. The Y offers programs, services and initiatives focused on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, according to the unique needs of the communities it engages, and new facilities could help with carrying on the traditions of YMCA’s everywhere. I can relate to this website personally because I myself attended YMCA’s as a child and teenager and I believe that that can teach a lot more than just sports. They can offer leadership opportunities and I will be able to use the information that I learned to inform, persuade and help people of all ages to become leaders and to work harder at developing their own minds through mental and physical activities in order to obtain happiness, recognition, and rewards such as physical achievement, leadership skills, trophies and scholarships. It also helps to know that this website can help me professionally by guiding my programs and directory skills and linking them to determinations and commitments, and to bring about personal and social change in all
