Why We Should Texting While Driving Be Banned

Texting while driving is dangerous because it puts yourself in danger and is can cause death. Many car accidents have been caused this way and have killed millions of innocent people. When someone is texting while driving, they immediately lose focus, making it easy for them to get distracted. They do not see the other factors that may harm them. This is how accidents are caused. Our brain is not built to multitask and is something humans greatly over estimate. Due to these reasons, texting while driving should be banned in all states.

About one point six million people die from texting while driving each year. This includes eleven teens dying each day. The moment you take your eyes of the road, you put not only yourself in a dangerous situation,
