Planning is considered a great method to time manage and because it relates to time, there is a deadline and diving our tasks, or prioritizing them could lead us to be more effective. If a team only engages in team brainstorming for an advertising firm, people will have to take turns sharing ideas, which causes people to forget their ideas, or after the discussion continues they may decide not to share them, also it may be harder to listen and process ideas at the same time. Creative ideas are needed in advertising and it may be better to be a less cohesive, more individual brainstorm process. The closeness of the group, may induce fear in speaking on new ideas or negative evaluations, because they do not want their work relationship to affect their friendship. In gaining feedback, it is not likely that a person wants to be the first to initiate negative performance because everyone wants to be liked and not stir up conflict. To receive both positive and negative feedback, it would be better if there were not “friendships” formed, that happens in cohesive teams, especially when it is required to evaluate each team
