Personal Response-I Survived The Nazi Invasion, 1944 I enjoyed the story because I like reading about the Holocaust. Learning more about all that happened is cool. Horrible things took place and I think it’s cool how the Nazis were killed after it was all done.
Plot- The plot of the book was about a young boy named Max who was growing up with his sister, Zena, in Esties. The Nazis had arrested their Father and forced them to live in a Ghetto. The Nazis were taking over the town and putting people in concentration camps. Max did not to be arrested and separated from his sister, so they ran away. They ran through fields and into a barn, where there was an old man. His name was Owen. He hid the kids from the Nazis because they were coming. He
