In the play Julius Caesar, there are many characters who play an important role. Such as, Cassius one of out of the eight conspirators who killed Caesar he motivated Brutus to join along in the mission for the good of Rome. Cinna the conspirator not to be confused with Cinna the poet aided Cassius with making Brutus join the conspirators by planting phony documents in Brutus’ house. But, truly the most important character had to be Brutus. Why? because, he acted as if he was a leader for the conspirators, also, in Cassius’ words Brutus should be the King and not Caesar if Brutus was not included in the play there would be no conflict nor climax. Finally if Brutus was worthy of joining the mission Cassius would not had prompted Brutus meaning he has a role to play.

Also without him Decius Brutus may have not been able to convince Caesar to go to the capitol Because, without Brutus the mission would not have flow, He was like the brain and the brawn of the group he was not do it for just murder he wanted to do it for the good of rome so when cassius said do an oath Brutus said no let us do this for the good of rome not just to kill Caesar “No, not an oath.
