What the Army Profession means to me. The Army profession is having expertise in my MOS, comradery in the unit, esprit de corps, and to contribute honorable service. As a Specialist, I know that I am stepping into a leadership role more and more often and that in time I will be placed in to a leadership position. I possess the qualities needed and will instill them throughout my role as a leader.
Having military expertise in my field as an 11B is parallel to the mission. I need to know not only my own weapons systems but also my battle buddies’ in order to maintain control over directions and rates of fire. I need to be well versed in and know how to apply movement techniques so that I am able to apply the correct movement in compliance
