In the novel, Animal Farm, written by George Orwell, the dogs represent Stalin’s secret police because they were blindly led by Napoleon, persuaded to think Napoleon was always right and are very defensive about Napoleon. Animal Farm is about a farm that is run by the animals, but the pigs start to act like humans and their plan backfired.
The first reason the dogs are Stalin’s secret police is that the dogs were raised by Napoleon and didn’t know any better than to follow him.
