Venture in deeper and you will start seeing vanishing ghosts, a Native American burial ground and many others. The Shades of Death Road is also a place of a gruesome murder that took place a few decades ago, so it really is one of the scariest roads in both New Jersey and the entire country.

Haynesville Woods (Route 2A) is indeed known for the paranormal activity. Lots of people reported ghosts and items moving out of nowhere.
