DC Universe To Heat Up With ‘Batman V Superman’ and ‘Suicide Squad’

DC comics will continue its extended cinematic universe next year with the release of “Batman versus Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Suicide Squad.” This universe looks to continue with a bang as it establish a world of heroes and villains.

The DC universe will take a slightly different approach compared to Marvel’s style of setting up story origins while combining the plot of the movies in later team-ups. In “Batman v Superman,” two of the most famous DC characters will fit against each other. The hero of Gotham, Batman is going to face his most powerful opponent in Superman.

The movie’s events happened before the “Batman v Superman.” The feared Suicide Squad will include Joker (Jared Leto), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith), Slipknot (Adam Beach), Boomerang (Jai Courtney), Katana (Karen Fukuhara), Enchantress (Cara Delevingne), Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) and El Diablo ( Jay Hernandez).

All of this said villains were placed by Batman in the Belle Reve Prison. This dangerous cast will be sent on covert missions by Amanda Waller (Viola Davis). If they do not follow, they will be killed by explosive trackers planted on them . “Suicide Squad” will create ripple effects to the DC Universe because the survivors of this deadly cast is expected to battle Batman in his own film.
