Title
What if there was a plant that could benefit everyone? What if that plant had the ability to help people with medical needs? What if that plat was marijuana, one of the most political debates in the United States. In this paper one will be informed of all the advantages and disadvantages about marijuana. Marijuana is not a bad drug; because it can be used for benefiting the government, schools would receive money from the taxation, it can also be used for medical purposes and possibly lower the war on drugs.

Marijuana was thought to help those people who have a abundance of pain anywhere in their body. According to the “We Are The Drug Policy Alliance” “Marijuana has been shown to help alleviate symptoms of some very bad medical conditions, such as Aids, cancer, glaucoma, diabetes, and many more things, marijuana is also known as an alternative to synthetic pain killers alleviating the pain.” People need to realize that marijuana is not just a drug but a plant that provides people with medicine. Marijuana has the potential to help those individuals with their medical conditions, but most of those people cant even try to use it because they don’t have legal access to use its benefits. Bruenig Elizabeth, who is with “The Wonder Drug” stated in their article “The easiest solution for making the CBD safer would be to completely legalize cannabis, if it were legal the whole plant and all of the extractions from it and all the cultivations could be used and for more research to be done for medical purposes.” People with medical needs should have the right to use medical marijuana for its medical benefits with out being prosecuted. Now there are benefits of the use of marijuana but also some not so favorable ones. An article in (Procon.org) named “medical marijuana” indicated “Epilepsy is a chronic seizure disorder that affects about 2 million Americans and 300 million people world wide, sudden attacks of altered consciousness that are anecdotal and individual case rebuts that marijuana controls seizures in epilepsy but there is no solid evidence, while there are no studies indicating that either marijuana or THC worsen seizures, there is no scientific basis to justify such studies.” Scientists are no clear on saying that it can be used as a treatment. More research has to be done in order to have a correct answer, and also what medical benefits it
