Now a day in 21st-century families are fracturing society, and their children by letting them use technology. In the past, children used to play outside riding bikes, playing sports, hanging out with friends, and it was all under the supervision of parents. Those games were nature-based and simple. Families have the values of how they used to live before technology usage. At the end of the day, a family came together and talked about their day. After eating dinner, parents and children would come together to have some family time together. In Norsemen days everyone lives their own lives. Children do not care about their parents, and parents do not care about their children activities with electronics. Everyone does their own thing, which has caused children and their parents to grow apart from each other. Technology has advanced rapidly making changes to family structure and lifestyles. Technology plays a major role in the health of humans. Changes in society and advanced 21st-century technology leads people to waste most of their time on technology and gives permission to their children to use technology. This causes childhood obesity, how a child behaves and feels. Although, technology also helps to learn new things through communication. …show more content…
Technology has both positive and negative side effects: a positive way is that it helps us to learn with ease, but a negative way technology causes childhood obesity and damage to children and adults’ brains. A positive way technology helps children learn new and different skills. Technology helps children improve language and problem-solving skills. Using education-based applications or websites in electronics devices helps children learn basic math skills, language, and teaches them about new things such as how animals look, what they eat, what name they go by and improves social skills. Learning through using technology at an early age for children it promotes school readiness. Using technology for educational purposes children gain necessary skills to prepare them for school. When playing education based or general games children have to think about their next move to pass the level, which improves their ability to pay attention to details. Technology promotes children to learn new skills and helps to find their talents, such as learning how to play a musical instrument. Children now rely on technology for the majority of their play, grossing limiting challenges to their creativity and imagination as well as limiting necessary challenges to their bodies to meet optimal sensory and motor development. The impact of rapidly advancing technology on developing a child has shown an increase in physical and psychological and behavioral disorders that the health and education system of a child is beginning to detect. The overuse of technology is causing child obesity and diabetes, and this issue is not from only one country. In fact, now in the 21st century, it is a national problem. It will cause a lot of problems in the future, while technology helps in some ways, the outcome weighs the benefits. The impact of technology on those factors would aid parents, teachers, and health professionals to better understand the complexities of the issue and help create effective strategies to reduce technology usage. To change and reduce the risks of causing negative effects on children is to make them have human connections, exposure to nature, and make children play outside activities such as sports. Making children go outside doing physical activities will make them set their minds off technology and help them get some fresh air. This will make them pay attention to other things like their homework, projects, or their hobbies, and make them have fresh ideas about something that they like to do. These types of activities will make them have these types of sensory inputs ensure normal developments of posture, bilateral coordination, optimal around states and self-regulation necessary for achieving foundation skills for eventual school entry. Young children have to have two to three hours of rough and tumble play make adequate sensory stimulation. These activities will help children to have normal developments that would be otherwise damaged if they spend time using electronics. Playing outside and getting fresh air will get them
