What is Asthma? Asthma is when the airway becomes obstructed and block due to inflammation and swelling. When this event occurs, it becomes very difficult for a person to breathe and very dangerous because asthma can be very life threatening if the proper care and medication is not administered in time. Asthma affects a lot of people in this world from children, Adults, and elderly; some have a hard time adjusting because there’s so many things you have to be cautious about. Diseases that affect the airway can be very challenging and difficult to live with, especially for children because they have to have to be very careful not to do anything to trigger their asthma.
