There are some roles that have no effect in whether you keep a healthy lifestyle or are physically active that will still affect your risk of having heart disease like; aging, gender, family history, race, and a previous heart attack. An interesting fact dealing with heart disease is black women have a higher risk of heart disease than white women. Their chances of dying from a stroke are also greater.
