As stated previously, this process relies on peer facilitation (Smith-Merry et al., 2011). Those remaining clients will also be provided the opportunity of having a peer support specialist available to assist with exploring the WRAP program. Progress and outcomes will be measured in a variety of ways. Initially, short term progress/outcomes will be documented by clients participating and completing the WRAP program. Upon completion of the program, staff will meet individually with each client to determine their overall satisfaction with the WRAP program. At this point, additional resources and supports will be provided if necessary. Long term outcomes will be measured by comparing the individuals post-WRAP functional assessment to their pre-WRAP functional assessment. The outcomes of this assessment will be discussed with the individual to determine the effectiveness of the WRAP program.
