Transferable skills are skills that you can use in jobs and these are skills that you pick up from previous jobs, voluntary work and any interests and hobbies that you have. These skills are needed when you are in a situation where you may need to change jobs.

Another reason why teamwork is a strength is because of how much my communication skills have improved and this has been massive for me over the years.
Weaknesses for Teamwork skills
My weaknesses for teamwork skills is nervousness and this has been a massive weakness for me over the years even though I have been able to get more points across I still get really nervous when speaking in a team so for this reason it is one of my weaknesses that I would love to improve so that when I need to talk in a team or in front of people I will overcome my nervousness.
Communication
Communication skills are skills that everyone will require at some stage when you are at work or participating in a group event. Some of the examples of communication skills are listening and this is an important skill because if you are talking to someone or they are talking to you they will expect them to listen to you.
