United States was Justified
The United States was justified in going to war with Mexico because of many reasons. An interesting fact is that some religious people thought it was God’s plan that the US needed to go to war with Mexico. Another interesting fact is that James K. Polk asked the Senate and the House of Representatives to go to war with Mexico. The United States was justified in going to war with Mexico because of manifest destiny, a growing population, and the border problems.
The war started in 1846. The war started because of many reasons one being the border problems. Texans though had been fighting the Mexicans for a while now but for their independence. Manifest destiny means like God’s plan. One reason that the Mexican War
