I found out that there are two categories of visual agnosia: Apperceptive which refers to when a person cannot fully process what they see or have difficulty identifying and processing of an object. The other category is associative Agnosia which can be defined as when a person cannot identify an object with their memory. I think Kevin in the video is suffering from Apperceptive visual agnosia because he cannot identify the object but he can pick out some component of the object with his memory. According to the movie, color vision is not something a person automatically born with, it develops the first three months after a child is born.
