I am doing this because the students who answered my questions said they only knew about more about violent protest. I am going to use multiple examples of civil disobedience so the audience can grasp what it means. One of the examples I will be using is from an episode of the Sweet Life of Zack and Cody, Zack and Cody get stand in front of a bulldozer because a tree was going to be plowed down. I will be using a source that talks about how a famous actress uses civil disobedience to support her beliefs about the pipeline. A good example I can use about nonviolent protest is what Colin Kaepernick. Him kneeling during the national anthem is a use of nonviolent protest.
