Frankenstein is a very old novel but is still very much alive in modern-day entertainment. Frankenstein has also had a very big influence on television commercials. He has become a handy personality for commercials during the Halloween season. In a Honey Nut Cheerios commercial aired in 2001, Frankenstein grunts angrily as he walks into a kitchen and sits at a table. The Cheerios Bee, BuzzBee, says, “Looks like you need some Honey Nut Cheerios. with real honey.” A scared Honey Nut Bee offers Frankenstein a tasty treat to calm his rage.
