At the time, I believed she was perfect and was the one. I had absolutely no idea what she thought of me, so I would often improvise to get this girls attention enough so that she would somehow fall for me. I tried everything to get her to notice me, I would talk to her, crack jokes, act like a fool to get a few laughs, and most importantly I would try to act as cool as possible. So I looked into it more and found a whole bunch of information about how to fix it. I found a particular site that explains, “…those with shoulders that hunch forward too far often have tight pectoral muscles that pull the shoulders forward and rotate them in toward the midline of the body. Pair tight pectorals with weak back muscles and you have an imbalance that pulls the shoulder girdle away from its ideal position. When imbalances like these occur, overactive muscles compensate for underactive muscles, which causes tension, fatigue, and discomfort. The easiest and most effective way to correct imbalances is to stretch the overactive muscles and to strengthen the underactive muscles,” (Work Cited #1). I discovered these exercises, “Every morning and night, lie down on the floor and make slow ‘snow angels’ with your arms for two or three minutes. For an extra challenge, roll up a towel and put it on the floor underneath your spine. Many gyms have half foam rollers—a tube cut in half lengthwise—that you can use for even more of a stretch,” (Work Cited
