It all started in 2014 after a series of protests against crimes committed by government officials, rape, oil prices, and other price controls. And in 2015 Venezuela parliamentary elections, 2016 protests against the presidential election against President Nicolas Maduro demanding a recall of the election and in 2017 the protests were because of the constitutional crisis. They continue to stand and protest protecting themselves by any means necessary with day to day appliances like antacids, toothpaste, handkerchiefs, helmets and bulletproof vests when they can find them and most importantly never being alone in the streets of Venezuela.
