By understanding the benefits of being physically active, Eddie may consider managing the chronic diseases by being physically active (Durstine, Gordon, Wang & Luo, 2013). Further, being physically active may lowering Eddie’s blood pressure and prevents from the complication caused by hypertension (Libonati, 2013). Moreover, Eddie should understand that Physically active can also help him controlling the diabetes and have a good quality of life (Colberg et al., 2010). Physically active can help Eddie with the Osteoporosis by maintaining the bone mass (Marques, Mota & Carvalho, 2011). Additionally, Eddie may be able to lose some weight by being physically active, which can reduce the knee osteoporosis (Bhatia, Bejarano & Novo, 2013).
