One of the planes that the ship had had was a fighter plane, which had two guns on the front and one in the back for the passenger to defend the backside of the plane with. The biggest and baddest plane on the USS Yorktown was a carrier plane that flew up to one hundred twenty-five people at one time that would parachute out into the battlefield. The plane that had really captured my attention on the USS Yorktown was called a bomber plane, which was underestimated in size, but it sure did make an impact during World War II. All three of these planes were a great tourist attraction that people of all ages could admire!
Never in my life would I had thought that I would have the privilege to be inside an actual submarine! Next to the dock and parked right beside the USS Yorktown was a submarine. Inside the submarine, which was way bigger than imagined, the employees had set tornadoes up on display for the tourist to admire. The idea that I was underwater, while inside the submarine, was mind boggling! The submarine was so big that it even had shops inside of it too.
In conclusion, my trip to Charleston, South Carolina, was amazing! The USS Yorktown was a gigantic ship with attractions such as a variety of planes and a submarine that tourist were able to get inside of! This trip is one that I will never forget, and hopefully will be able to go there once
