The fifth standard is the deployment of the police by strength, time, and areas of when the crimes are committed (Bohm & Haley, 2012). You do this by evaluating each community to see when most of the crimes are being committed and you increase your policing presents by what times frames are given in the evaluation.
The sixth standard is having a policeman with a perfect temper, is quiet, and has a determined manner rather than having violent actions (Bohm & Haley, 2012). The meaning of this standard is a policeman demeanor and presents causes law and order, instead of using violence to deter crime.
The seventh standard is a good appearance commands respect (Bohm & Haley, 2012). I believe a policeman should be well groomed and clean and all policeman should be uniformed to show they are in charge.
The eighth standard is securing and training the proper personnel for efficiency (Bohm & Haley, 2012). The eleventh standard is the policeman should be hired on a probationary basis (Bohm & Haley, 2012). By doing this gives the agency a time frame to evaluate the new policeman to see if he meets the standards of the department's training, ethics, and morals. If the policeman does not meet the standards he can be terminated.
