Trophies. Just the feel of getting one is legendary But, what good does it do to give everyone a trophy if some of your team members didn't even do their part. Little do people know that handing out trophies to all kids on the team simply makes them feel entitled. Children should earn trophies having done something that deserves recognition and or they have worked hard for it . Whenever I state that some don’t do their part it’s just one of the many reasons why they should not give everyone a trophy because, the harder you work the more you deserve. In the real world, not everyone get a trophy doesn't give everyone a trophy. They decide if they want to get anywhere. So they put in the work. But if we were to give everyone a trophy
